Turn off International Transactions on Your Independent Bank Debit Card

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, then log in with your user id and password.
- Once you're logged in, you will see several options at the upper part of the screen. Click on the option that says eServices.
- On the drop-down list, you will see an option that says Debit Card Controls. Click on Debit Card Controls.
- Now, you will see a section for Set Card Limits. Click on Set Card Limits.
- On the page, you will see a tick box beside block International Transactions.
- Note that, both block International Transactions and Set Limits cannot be used at the same time. So, you need to turn off the other one.
- To proceed, click on the tick box beside block international transactions.
- That's how you turn off international transactions on your Independent Bank debit card.
