How to Update Your Phone Number on Ann Taylor

Please follow the steps below to update your phone number on Ann Taylor. If you don’t have an Ann Taylor account yet, click here to sign up.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Then, click on My Account.
On the drop down list, you will see a Sign In button. Click on the Sign In button.
Now, sign in with your email address and password.
Once you’re signed in, you will see several options at the left side menu. Click on the option that says Profiles & Preferences.
Now, you will see a section for Phone. Beside it is an Edit button. Click on Edit.
Now, enter the new phone number you wish to use. Then, enter it again on the second field to confirm.
After entering, click on the Save button.
