How to Update Your Consumer Cellular Billing Address

Please follow the steps below to update your Consumer Cellular billing address.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Log in with your phone number and password.
Once you are logged in, you will see a section for Profile. On its right side, you will see the Word menu and three horizontal stacked lines. Click on the three horizontal stacked lines.
Then Go to Profile option will appear. Click on Go to Profile.
On the page, you will see a section for Billing Address. On its right side, you will see the Edit button. Click on the Edit button.
And now enter the details for your new billing address. On the first field, enter the street. On the second field, enter the street to (if there is any). On the third field, enter your city. On the fourth field, select the state. Then on the last field, enter the ZIP code.
After entering all the required information, click on Save.
