How to Unlink a Card from Zales

Please follow the steps below to unlink a card from Zales. If you don’t have a Zales account yet, click here to sign up.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Then, click Sign In.
Now, sign in with your email address and password.
Once you’re signed in, you will see several options at the left side menu. Click on the option that says Digital Wallet.
Now, you will see the list of your credit cards. To unlink, click on the Delete Card button under the credit card you wish to remove.
Then, a pop-up message will appear stating the following payment method will be deleted. To continue, click on the Delete button.
