How to Stop Dividend Reinvestment in TD Ameritrade

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
- Log in with your user ID and password.
- Now you need to answer a security question. Once you answer the security question, click on Continue.
- Once you are logged in, you will see several options at the upper part of the screen. Click on the option that says My Account.
- Then you will see several options from the drop-down list. Click on the option that says Dividend Reinvestment.
- Now you will see a section for Stock and ETF Dividends. On its right side, you will see a green text that says Enroll/Edit. Click on Enroll/Edit.
- On the page, you will see a green tab that says Edit Enrollments. Click on Edit Enrollments.
- Now you will see a section for Eligible Stocks and ETFs. To stop dividend reinvestment, click on the tick box.
- Afterwards, uncheck the remaining tick boxes.
- Click on Save.
- Now you will see a message saying that your changes has been saved.
