How to Set Up Paperless Billing in Xfinity
Please follow the steps below to set up paperless billing in Xfinity:

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
- Then click Sign In.
- Now enter your Xfinity ID: either your email, mobile number or username. Then click on the button that says Let’s go.
- After that, enter your password. Then click Sign In.
- Once you are signed in, you will see several tabs at the upper part of the screen. Click on the tab that says Settings.
- On this page, you will see a section for Bill Settings. Under Bill Settings, you will see an option for Paperless Billing. Click on Paperless Billing.
- Under Paperless Billing, you will see a section for EcoBill. As you can see it is turned off. Beside that, you will see an Edit button. Click on Edit.
- On the EcoBill Setup section, toggle EcoBill to On. Then click on the tick box to confirm that you agree with ComCast Ecobuild Terms of Service.
- After that, click on the Set up button.
- And now paperless billing has been turned on successfully.
