How to Report a Lost or Stolen Independent Bank Debit Card

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, then log in with your user ID and password.
- Once you're logged in, you will see several tabs at the upper part of the screen. Click on E-Services.
- On the drop-down list, you will see an option for Debit Card Controls. Click on Debit Card Controls.
- Under debit card controls, you will see an option for Report Lost Of Stolen Card. Click on Report Lost Of Stolen Card.
- Now, on the message box, state whether your card has been stolen or lost.
- Then, if you wish to receive a notification when they respond, click on the tick box beside Send Notification On Receiving A Response. After that, click on Send.
- That's how you report a lost or stolen Independent bank debit card.
