How to Remove a Zelle Recipient on Independent Bank

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, then log in with your user ID and password.
- Once you're logged in, you will see several tabs at the upper part of the screen. Click on Pay/ Transfer.
- On the drop-down list, you will see an option for Pay A Person – Zelle. Click on Pay A Person – Zelle.
- On the page, you will see several tabs. Click on the Settings tab.
- Then, scroll down to view your Zelle recipients. Then, click on the recipient you wish to remove.
- At the bottom part of the screen, you will see an option for Remove Contact. Click on Remove Contact.
- Then, a pop-up message will appear asking if you're sure to delete the selected recipient. To proceed, click on Remove Contact.
