How to Remove a Zelle Recipient from Chase

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
- Then, click Sign In.
- Now, sign in with your username and password.
- Once you’re signed in, you will see several tabs at the upper part of the screen. Click on the option that says Pay & Transfer.
- On the drop down list, you will see an option for Pay Bills & Send Money with Zelle. Click on Pay Bills & Send Money with Zelle.
- Now, you will see your Zelle recipients. Beside the name of the recipient, you will see three horizontal dots. Click on the three horizontal dots beside the recipient you wish to remove.
- Then, a drop down list will appear. Click on the option that says See/Edit recipient details.
- On the page, you will see an option for Delete Recipient. Click on Delete Recipient.
- Then, a pop-up message will appear stating what will happen if you delete the selected recipient. To continue, click on the Delete button.
