How to Re-Order Checks from Citizens Bank Online

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
- Click Log In.
- Then, a drop down list will appear. Click on Log In.
- Now, log in with your online user ID and password.
- Once you are logged in, you will see several tabs at the upper part of the screen. Click on the tab that says Service Center.
- Under Account Services, you will see an option for Re-Order Checks. Click on Re-Order Checks.
- Now, select the account from which you are going to re-order the check. After selecting, click on Continue.
- On the page, it will inform you that you are about to leave the site. To proceed, click on Continue to Deluxe.
- Now, select the type of check you wish to order. You could choose from either Charitable Checks, Classic Checks, or Scenic Checks. After that, select the design of your check to view details in order.
- There, customize the check you wish to buy. First, select the type of font you wish to use, then enter all the required information.
- Also, if you wish to change the starting check number, enter it on the field provided. You could also personalize the symbol and message to be shown on the check.
- After entering all the required information, click on Confirm and Next.
- On the checkout page, review the order details. After reviewing, click on Confirm and Checkout.
