Please follow the steps below to go paperless on Independent bank.
Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, then log in with your user ID and password.
Once you're logged in, you will see several options at the upper part of the screen. Click on the option that says E-Services.
On the drop-down list, you will see an option for Documents. Click on Documents.
Now, read the disclosure. At the end of the disclosure, you will see a blue text that says E-Sign Document. Click on E-Sign Document to view the confirmation code.
Once you find the confirmation code, enter it on the field provided then click on the button that say I Agree.
Under delivery elections, you will see that the default method is electronic .To proceed, click on Next.
Lastly, confirm your email from which the electronic documents will be sent. If everything looks good, click on Enroll.
