How to Freeze Your Discover Credit Card
- Open the Discover app on your iPhone.
- Once the app is opened, enter your user ID and password and then tap on Log In.
- Tap on your credit card account.
- You will see several icons at the bottom and at the very bottom right corner of the screen, you will see a More icon with three dots.
- Tap on the More icon.
- Under security, you will see an option which says Freeze Account.
- Tap on Freeze Account.
- On this screen, you can read what happens when you freeze your account. If you are okay with that, go ahead and tap on Freeze Account to freeze your account.
- Once you do that, you will see a message which says your account has been temporarily frozen.
- If you would like to unfreeze your account at any point of time, you can come back on the screen and tap on Unfreeze Account.
