How to Delete an Address from Ann Taylor

Please follow the steps below to delete an address from Ann Taylor. If you don’t have an Ann Taylor account yet, click here to sign up.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Then, click on My Account.
On the drop down list, you will see a Sign In button. Click on the Sign In button.
Now, sign in with your email address and password.
Once you’re signed in, you will see an option for Address Book. Click on Address Book.
Now, you will see the list of your addresses. Click on the Remove button under the address you wish to remove.
Then, a pop-up message will appear asking if you would like to remove the following address. To proceed, click on Confirm.
