How to Delete a Zelle Recipient in KeyBank

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
- Click Sign On.
- Now, sign in with your user ID and password.
- Before you proceed, you need to verify your identity. You have two options: either to verify using a one-time passcode, or through answering a security question. Click on the option you wish to select.
- Once you’ve answered the question or entered a passcode, click on Submit.
- Once you’re signed in, click on your Key Smart Checking account.
- At the upper right part of the page, you will see several options. Click on the option that says Send Money with Zelle.
- Then, a pop-up window will appear. At the bottom part of the pop-up window, you will see an option for Send. Click on Send.
- Now, you will see your Zelle recipients. Beside the name of the recipient, you will see an Edit icon. Click on the Edit icon beside the recipient you wish to delete.
- On the Modify Contact Info page, you will see a Delete button. Click on the Delete button.
- And now, you have successfully deleted a Zelle recipient in KeyBank.
