How to Change Your Username on Sierra Account

Please follow the steps below to change your username on Sierra account. If you don’t have a Sierra account yet, click here to sign up.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Click on My Account.
Then, a drop down list will appear. There, you will see an option for Join/Sign In. Click on Join/Sign In.
Now, sign in with your username or email.
Then, enter your password.
Once you are signed in, you will see a section for Settings. Under Settings is an option that says Edit My Information. Click on Edit My Information.
On your information screen, you will see a section for Change Username. On the field provided, enter the new username you would like to use.
After entering, click on the Save New Username button.
And now, you will see a message that says Your username has been updated successfully.
