How to Change Your Username on Chase Online

Please follow the steps below to change your username on Chase online. If you don’t have a Chase account yet, click here to sign up.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Then, sign in with your username and password.
Once you’re signed in, you will see three horizontal stack lines at the top left corner of the screen. Click on the three horizontal stack lines.
Then, you will see several options at the left side menu. Click on the option that says Profile & Settings.
On the left side menu of the page, you will see an option for Sign-in & Security. Click on Sign-in & Security.
On the drop down list, you will see an option for Username. Click on Username.
On the field provided, you have to enter the new username you wish to use.
After entering your new username, click on Save.
