Please follow the steps below to change your user ID on Firstrade.
Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, then log in with your User ID and Password.
Once you’re logged in, you will see several options at the upper part of the screen. Click on the option that says Accounts.
Under accounts, you will see several tabs. Click on the Profile tab.
Then, under profile, you will see other tabs. Click on the tab that says Login/PIN.
Now, you will see a section for Login Credentials. Under login credentials, you will see your user ID. Click on the Edit button beside it.
Then, several field will appear. On the first and second field, enter the new user ID you wish to use. And on the third field, enter your password and able to change your user ID. After that, click on Submit.
And now, you have successfully changed your user ID on Firstrade.
