How to Change Your Phone Number on Zales

Please follow the steps below to change your phone number on Zales. If you don’t have a Zales account yet, click here to sign up.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Click Sign In.
Now, sign in with your email address and password.
Once you are signed in, you will see several options at the left side menu. Click on the option that says Personal Details.
On the page, you will see a section for Phone Number. On its right side, you will see an Edit icon. Click on Edit icon.
On the field provided, remove your current phone number. To remove, click on the X icon beside it. Next, enter the new phone number you wish to use.
After entering, click on the tick box beside This is a mobile number.
Lastly, click on the Update button.
