How to Change Your Phone Number on Macy's

Please follow the steps below to change your phone number on Macy’s. If you don’t have a Macy’s account yet, click here to sign up.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Then, click Sign In.
Now, sign in with your email and password.
Once you’re signed in, you will see several options at the left side menu. Click on the option that says Profile.
Under Contact/Security, you will see a section for Phone. Beside it is an option for Edit. Click on Edit.
A pop-up window will appear. On the field provided, enter the new phone number you wish to use. Then, enter your current password.
After entering, click on Save.
