How to Change Your Independent Bank Account User ID

Please follow the steps below to change your Independent Bank account user ID.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, then log in with your user ID and password.
Once you're logged in, you will see several options at the upper part of the screen. Click on the option that says Profile.
On the drop-down list, you will see an option for User ID. Click on User ID.
Now, enter your new user ID on the first field. Then, re-enter it again on the second field to confirm your new user ID.
After that, click on Update.
