Please follow the steps below to change your email address with Consumer Cellular.
Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Log in with your phone number and password.
Once you are logged in, you will see a section for Profile. On its right side, you will see the Word menu and the three horizontal stacked lines. Click on the three horizontal stacked lines.
Then, the Go to Profile option will appear. Click on Go to Profile.
On the page, you will see a section for email address. On its right side, you will see an Edit button. Click on the Edit button.
Now remove your current email address. Then type the new email address you wish to use.
