How to Change Your Ann Taylor Account Password

Please follow the steps below to change your Ann Taylor account password. If you don’t have an Ann Taylor account yet, click here to sign up.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
Then, click on My Account.
On the drop down list, you will see a Sign In button. Click on the Sign In button.
Now, sign in with your email address and password.
Once you’re signed in, you will see several options at the left side menu. Click on the option that says Profiles & Preferences.
Now, you will see a section for Password. Beside it is an Edit button. Click on Edit.
On the page, enter your current password on the first field. On the second field, enter the new password you wish to use. Then, enter it again on the third field to confirm.
After entering, click on Save.
