How to Change Your Account Nickname in Spiral Bank Online

​​Please follow the steps below to change your account nickname in Spiral Bank.

• Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, then click Log in.
• Now, log in with your email and password.
• Once you’re logged in, you will see a gear icon at the upper part of the screen. Click on the gear icon.
• Then, several options will appear. Click on the option that says Account Details.
• Now, you will see an option for Edit account nickname. Click on Edit account nickname.
•  Next, enter the nickname you wish to use. It must be 1 to 20 characters.
• After entering, click on the Save account nickname.
