How to Cancel Your Adobe Free Trial ​

​Please follow the steps below to cancel your Adobe free trial. If you don’t have an Adobe account yet, click here to sign up.

• Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, The click Sign In.
• Once you’re signed in, you will see a profile icon at the top-right side of the screen. Click on the profile icon.
• On the drop-down menu, you will see an option for View Account. Click on View Account.
• On the page, under your plan, you will see an option for Manage Plan. Click on Manage Plan.
• Then, a pop-up window will appear. Under available actions, you will see a button for Cancel your Plan. Click on Cancel your Plan.
• Before you proceed, you need to verify your identity. To verify, enter your account password on the field provided. Then, click on Continue.
• Now, give your feedback by clicking on the tick box beside the option that describes your experience. Then, click on Continue.
• A pop-up message will appear asking if you want to switch products or change your plan. If you want to, click on Change my Plan. If not, click on No Thanks.
• Now, you see what to expect when you cancel. To proceed, click on Continue.
• Lastly, read the further cancellation details. Then, click on Confirm.
• And now, you have successfully cancelled your Adobe free trial.
