How to Add a Zelle Recipient on Citizens Bank

- Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop.
- Then, click Log In.
- Then, a drop down list will appear. Click on Log In.
- Now, log in with your online user ID and password.
- Once you’re logged in, you will see several tabs at the upper part of the screen. Click on the tab that says Pay Bills & People.
- On the page, you will see an option for Send Money With Zelle. Click on Send Money With Zelle.
- There, you will see a button that says New Contact. Click on New Contact.
- First, select if the new contact is a person or a business. For instance, you are going to add a person. Enter the new contact’s first and last name. You may also add a nickname but it’s optional.
- Next, select where to send the money. You could provide either the contact’s email, phone number, or an account number.
- Lastly click on the Save button.
