Please follow the steps below to add a phone number on Taco Bell online account.

Open the website on your desktop computer or laptop, then click Log In.
Now, enter your email and password. Then, click on Continue.
Once you’re logged in, you will see a profile icon at the upper-right part of the screen. Click on the profile icon.
On the page, you will see an option for Profile. Click on Profile.
Under your email address, you will see an option that says Add Phone Number. Click on Add Phone Number.
Then, a pop-up window will appear. On the field provided, enter the phone number you wish to use. Then, click on Update.
