Now enter the following information. On the first field, enter the last 6 digits of your card number. Then select the month and year of the expiration of your debit card on the second and third field.
After entering all the information, click on Submit.
Now create a permanent PIN or Personal Identification Number for your Fifth Third debit card.
On the first field, enter the PIN you wish to use. Then re-enter on the second field to confirm.
