Axos Bank- Sign Up Tutorial

- Once you click on the link on your desktop computer or laptop, you will be directed to the page.
- There, you will see a button for Get Started. Click on Get Started.
- At the middle part of the page, you will see a button for Add Account. Click on Add Account.
- Now, it will ask you to choose if you are a New Customer, Existing Customer, or Returning Applicant. For instance, if you select New Customer, click on New Customer.
- To start your application, enter your first name, last name, email, and phone number. After that, click on the tick box to confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
- Next, create a username and password.
- Then, click on the Start Application button.
- Now, select an account type. To finish your application, you need to verify your identity. You could select either to use Photo Capture or Manual Entry. If you have chosen Photo Capture, you will receive a secure link on the phone number you provided. It comes with the verification code. Once you receive it, enter the code and continue to photo capture.
- Once you click on the link you received, you will be directed to the page. To verify your identity, select an identification document either your driver’s license or state ID.
- Now, take a photo of the front part of the selected identification document. If you select the driver’s license, it will appear on the screen. Next, take a photo of the back part. It will also ask you to take a photo of yourself. Click on the button that says Take Photo.
- Once done, a message will appear and you can now continue to the application.
- After verifying your identity, you now need to tell info about yourself. Enter all the required information. After entering, click on Save and Continue.
- Next, enter your home address. Then, click on Save & Continue. It will then ask you if your home address is the same as your mailing address. If the same, click on Yes. If not, click on No and enter your mailing address.
- After that, enter your date of birth and social security number. Then, click on Accept & Continue.
- If you also provided your driver’s license for identification, enter all the required information on the page. If not, skip this part and enter the information being asked.
- After that, it will ask you what address is displayed on your identification. Click on the option that is applicable to you.
- Lastly, review all the information. If everything looks good, read all the disclosures. Then, click on the tick boxes to confirm that you agree.
- After that, click on the Accept and Submit button.
